These terms apply to all users of the domains uchermann.store. The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Uchermann Jewellery AS and visits to the site. Uchermann Jewellery AS reserves the right of these terms and conditions.

www.uchermann.no is owned and operated by Aina, Anette & Elise Uchermann. We are a company registered in Oslo, Norway. Our company registration number is 930214159.

Shipping

We offer international shipping. The domestic delivery time for our ready-to-ship jewelleries are 3 workdays. Personalised jewelleries that are made to order and thus requires production time. We will strive to ensure we deliver within the agreed window. Should any issue arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

We offer free shipping on all items to addresses in Norway while a standard fee of 500 NOK will be added for all international orders.

Import customs, duties & taxes

Customs and import duty will be pre-paid by Uchermann Jewellery AS and you will not be required to pay any additional charges on delivery.

Return Policy 

Our goal is to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible. If you find that your jewellery doesn't meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

We accept returns for both new and pre-loved jewellery, acknowledging that personal preferences may evolve upon seeing a piece in person. When a jewellery is personalised or customised, example engraved or resized, we unfortunately can not offer a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, complete with all accompanying certificates, packaging, and documentation. We kindly ask that you handle the jewellery with care during the evaluation period, ensuring it remains free from damage or wear.

To initiate a return, write to us through our "Contact us" page and we will guide you through the next steps. Once we receive the returned item, we will meticulously inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Upon verification, we will process your return in a timely manner.

Repairs

At Uchermann Jewellery we take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, jewellery by its very nature is delicate. If you need repair on any jewellery piece purchased from Uchermann Jewellery, please write to us through our "Contact us" page. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

Trademarks

Our trademarks include (amongst others) the Uchermann name and Uchermann logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

Privacy policy

Uchermann Jewellery collects personal data from visitors to the website who register their information or who use the online store. We also use “cookies“ so we can improve our services and enhance your Uchermann.no experience. In addition, Uchermann collects some protected personal information (e.g. name, address, telephone number(s), email address etc.) from our customers who submit a customer information card from our affiliated companies and, on occasion, from unrelated third parties. Uchermann Jewellery does not collect or store any credit card information from our online customers. To serve you better, we may combine information you give us with other information that is publicly available.
