To gain insights into your vision, we kick off the process with an initial consultation. During this phase, we engage in conversations about your initial design concepts, gemstone preferences, budget considerations, and the timeline you have in mind. If you wish, we are more than willing to offer recommendations and suggestions as we progress.
Once you have decided on the customised piece we will start the production and provide a time estimate (roughly two weeks).
You receive and pay for the custom jewellery.
